October is here, which means What You Wish For is officially in its launch month, and I have apparently decided that peace and quiet are wildly overrated.
The book is finished, edited, and now in early readers' hands. I pushed myself hard to get this one ready for Halloween, and I am genuinely so proud of what Elayna and Oze became along the way. This story went places I didn’t expect, made me laugh, made me cry, and occasionally made me question whether I should be allowed near fictional characters unsupervised. (Probably not, but there's no one here to stop me.)
The new cover from Crown & Quill Cover Designs is out in the world now too, and I am still completely obsessed with it.
What You Wish For releases on 31st October, and I’ll also be celebrating with a Halloween launch event at Anthology Bookshop. Final timings are still being confirmed, so keep an eye on my socials for the full details once I have them.
I’ve also released The Noctiluna Files for newsletter subscribers, which means some of you now have your hands on classified dossiers, recruitment intel, redactions, and far more information than the captain probably intended you to see.
So at this point the book is done, the early copies are out, the files have escaped into the wild, and I’m pretending I’m not checking reader reactions every five minutes.
29 days until Hell breaks loose.
